Since 2014, the HELP Conference has allowed women from all over North Carolina to come together and fellowship with each other. This is an event were women find Healing, Encouragement, Love and many uncover their Purpose!

This event is free of the “fluff” but filled with opportunity! It’s designed to provide tangible, deliverable and tactical lessons to help every participant create a blueprint to grow into their best self.

The Help conference provide the uplifting I needed to crash through my road blocks. Way to go and can’t wait until next year!!!!

This event was a safe place to learn, to grow, to dream , to confirm, to laugh, to cry and leave with a vision. This event was the water needed to grow the Alpa in me for my intimate life, my personal life and my career. I have the eye of the tiger and your going to see me roar!

I have attended many conferences for women, but this one exceeds many. I love the fact that it’s something being taught for any woman no matter where we are in life. Tina is very organized and she knows how to make things happen and really help us in so many ways. I love it and I always tell My friends about all the fun we have. To Tina and her helpers, keep up the fantastic job!!

This was my first year and I really enjoyed it. Ms Tina gave out many resources and helpful information to not only EmpowerHER but to other women who just don’t know. I can not wait til next year.

The HELP conference always bring to the for front issues that are problems or issues in every day life. I appreciate all of the realness that comes out of the conference and that women can ask any question and receive an answer. Kudos to all the presenters.

The conference was informative and enjoyable. The speakers were knowledgeable and personable. It felt like talking to girlfriends. I liked the fact that we were able to learn about and support female owned businesses. The prizes given out throughout the conference were a nice bonus. It was especially heart warming to learn that multiple females in need were blessed with gifts (through the raffle). I look forward to attending the conference next year.

Honey, let me tell you this was amazing! I enjoyed everything even down to the workout. I got my sweat on then got filled with positivity! Can’t wait till next year.

I don’t have enough words to explain what I’m taking away from this conference. Not only do I feel empowered I feel inspired! I realize nothing is stopping me but me.

I’m walking away from the conference realizing it’s up to ME! Everything I desire, everything I want; it’s up to me to go after it. Find yourself and when you do, LOVE YOURSELF!

It was hard for me to sit in my own ‘ish’ and admit, I am the cause of some of my issues. NOT that I am doing it but that I am allowing people to take advantage of me. The conference has given me courage to make myself a priority. I don’t have to be mistreated in order to show people that I love them.
