With over 25 years of non-profit management and development, Tina Bailey uses her experience and Business Management background in sales and marketing to help individuals passionate about serving others bring their vision to life. Tina has helped several visionaries create nonprofits, obtain their501c(3) status, and have secured over $600,000 in grants along with a multi-million dollar revitalization grant; however, where she thrives is helping organizations create a strong leadership team, mission statement, and partnerships that help them stand out to investors and grant providers.
Working as a grant manager for a large nonprofit and seeing organizations, especially those led by people of color, miss funding opportunities because of a lack of vision, compliance and understanding of how a nonprofit works, has pushed her into a realm of education.
So often people are looking for money to fund their projects; however, they lack the foundation of a lucrative and organized nonprofit. Tina’s goal is not only to help those seeking to start a nonprofit but those that have been doing the work but seek direction and community credit.
Equipped with a Business Management degree, a Nonprofit Management and Development certification from Duke University, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida, and a Master Life Coach certification, Tina is ready to tackle the barriers that prevent organizations that are truly willing to do the work from being noticed and funded.

As a survivor of domestic abuse and sexual trauma, Tina has created a community for women to thrive and create stability and hope in their future. She’s an author, course creator, motivational speaker, mentor, collaborator! Determined to provide empowerment and opportunities for those seeking change, she pushes women to desire more, to never settle for mediocre! Whether in the community, on social media or facilitating her own dream; you will find Tina ALWAYS bringing awareness to the needs of women. She has been deemed “the woman for women”. She lives her life in a way to motivate and guide others out of the victim mindset into a BOSS UP attitude where they can strategically become the CEO of their life!
